Black & Blue DK
Black & Blue is our very own-produced yarn made from 100% Bluefaced Leicester fleeces originating from a single flock in North Wales.
It is spun in Wales and hand dyed by us here in Shetland.
Below is the DK weight version of the yarn, measuring 210m / 229 yds per 100gr
approx 18 - 20 sts per 10cm
We will be saying goodbye to this beautiful yarn in 2025 - the intent was always to use our local wool, but having moved 650 miles away from Wales, this particular wool no longer makes sense.
All remaining yarn has now been dyed and is ready to ship.
