LAST FEW HANKS
Black & Blue Welsh Wool is our very own-produced yarn, spun from a single flock of sheep in North Wales. Mr Owen has carefully chosen a blend of his prize-winning white and black Bluefaced Leicesters for us, and it has been expertly spun by a mill in West Wales.
The result is a wonderfully soft and bouncy yarn in a gentle grey shade with plenty of life and depth. It has the lustre and softness typical of Bluefaced Leicester wool, but without quite losing its woolly character.
For the first time, we are introducing a fingering / 4ply weight version of this beautiful yarn.
